Inventory & Expense Management Tool

As part of our Service Deliver and Vendor Management services, Oncept provides access to our Inventory and Expense Management Tool, which allows Oncept to build and maintain a complete, current and accurate inventory of the client’s portfolio of telecom services, including services, circuit lists, contracts, rates and SLAs.

One of the most time-consuming steps in any telecom consulting engagement is data collection and validation of rates, SLAs and contracts. Having this information readily available facilitates rate checks for benchmarking and billing reconciliation, notifications for upcoming contract renewals, as well as vendor performance against SLAs and contractual terms and commitments.
